Wow, this one was a lot of work, but I am really pretty proud of how it turned out. ^_^

This was supposed to be a commission piece for someone of the unicorn from the film "The Last Unicorn", however the commission unfortunately fell through. Luckily one of my best friends adores The Last Unicorn and would love to have the figure. :)

It was an incredible piece to work on, and I really feel like it pushed me to try something different and challenging.

Made with polymer clay, painted with acrylics, and glazed. Wire and foil framing were used for support and structure.

Aw, thanks! ^^ Lot's of patience, practice, and studying techniques by other much more talented sculptors. ;) I'm still pretty new to sculpting, so I try to push myself to learn and improve on every sculpture that I make. ^_^

Thank you. Yeah, After I finished sculpting I did realize her face was not long enough compared to the reference photos I was using. :\ At that point it was too late to fix it, though.
